FIELD: cleaning and disinfection of surfaces. SUBSTANCE: device includes body, flushing liquid supply branch pipe, swivel disk mounted on shaft with bearing, distribution manifold fitted with injectors over periphery, diffuser formed by inner surface of body made in form of cone and sleeve of bearing. Condensers are rigidly secured in diffuser over circumference. Disk is provided with stiffening ribs fitted in peripheral portion and made in form of blades. Stiffening ribs are rectilinear in their center portion for secured the cleaning combs. They are made in form of fan blades in center portion for sucking air and creating rarefaction.
