<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the opening/closing operations of a cassette box smoother by providing a repulsive force which presses a cassette tape inserted into the cassette box at one end section of an L-shaped member and pressing the cassette box in the opening direction at a point of application of force at the other end section of the member. SOLUTION: A cassette tape 4 is inserted into the housing section 5 of a cassette box 2 while the box 2 is opened. The box 2 is closed when the box 2 is pushed in the direction shown by arrow D against a spring 6 and damper 7. An eject lever 9 is engaged with a pin 8 on the side face of the box 2 and the box 2 is maintained in a locked state by means of a spring 11. When the box 2 is released from the main body 1 of a cassette tape recorder, an operating knob is pressed. Then, the hook 12 of the lever 9 is disengaged from the pin 8 on the side face of the box 2. The lever 9 presses the rear end section 15a of the fulcrum 16 of a detecting lever 15 at an operating point 13. As a result, the lever 15 ascends and comes out of a detecting hole.</p> |
