<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To light the illumination of a common part only at necessary time without waste at night and to secure safety by permitting a control means to control the turn-off of the illumination of the common part in a floor where only an accommodated room setting system exists after a prescribed time has passed from the time when all the accommodated rooms of the floor are set to be in the middle of monitoring. SOLUTION: The accommodated rooms T21 and T22 of the accommodated room setting system for setting the start/release of invasion monitoring by invasion sensor S21 and S22 provided in the accommodated rooms for the respective accommodated rooms are provided in the second floor.
