1. A computerized messaging management system comprising:
a computer server; software instructions stored on said computer server; a message depository in communication with said computer server, said depository configured by said computer server to receive message content data from a user; a communication governance database in communication with said computer server, said governance database comprising organizational messaging governance data in communication with said message depository, said depository configured by said computer server to apply said governance data to received message content; a message storage system in communication with said depository, said message storage system configured to retrieve said message content after application of said governance data; a message analysis engine in communication with said message storage system, said message analysis engine configured to analyze message content data stored in said message storage system and generate an alert should said content violate a predetermined limitation; a message fulfillment system in communications with the message storage database, said fulfillment system in communication with at least one message fulfillment provider, said fulfillment system configured to transmit message content data to said fulfillment provider; and a message archival and retrieval system in communication with said computer server and also in communication with said message fulfillment system configured by said computer server to receive and store messages that have been provided to said message fulfillment provider(s). |
