摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the displacement of the displacing part of a beam at a large magnification with a simple constitution, by providing a lever which is extended from the display part of the beam and has a point of application at the free end of the extended front end section. SOLUTION: When no voltage is applied across a piezoelectric element E, the end face 2a of a support section 2 on a support section 1 side is at a position T0 . A beam 4 is supported across the support sections 1 and 2 in a state where the beam 4 is plastically or elastically deformed, so that the beam 4 can be bent upward in a convex state. When a voltage is applied across the element E, the element E is elongated and the support section 2 moves toward the support section 1. As a result, the beam 2 is deformed in a convex arcuate shape, with the maximum displaced position being at or near a punched hole section 4e. Therefore, the elongated front end section 5a of a lever 5 is displaced upward by P which is obtained by enlarging the displacement of the hole section 4e. Therefore, the elongated front end section 5a of the lever 5 becomes the point of application of a piezoelectric actuator thus constituted.
