PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a flat color pattern, in which difference in surface levels is enough decreased, by flattening a photosensitive resin layer, exposing the layer through a photomask having a specified pattern, and developing it to form the color pattern. SOLUTION: At least one pattern selected from among a black matrix and color patterns of specified one or more colors is formed on a specified position of a transparent substrate 3. A photosensitive dry film having at least a cushion layer comprising a thermoplastic resin and a photosensitive resin layer 1 of a specified color on a temporary base body 4 is laminated to the substrate. The temporary base body 4 and the cushion layer are released to transfer the photosensitive resin layer 1. The transferred photosensitive resin layer 1 is flattened by a press. The flattened photosensitive resin layer 1 is exposed through a photomask having a specified pattern and developed to form the color pattern. |
