FIELD: concentration of food products in home conditions. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vessel-evaporator with closure, ejector and condenser. Closure is made conical with top base oriented upward. Ejector is mounted so that diffuser is positioned on top of conical closure and communicated with condenser, which is mounted on outer surface of closure. Annular condensate collecting channel in lower part of inner surface of closure is communicated through pipeline with device for supplying pumped medium of ejector. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg |
