<p>Ensuring ecological safety during the production, transporting, storing and the processing of crude oil (petroleum products) and other flammable and toxic liquids by means of the swift conversion of the liquids into a non-flowing state. The invention may also be used in the technologies for the production of crude oil and the repair of wells. The gel-forming composition is distinguished by the fact that as structure-forming components the following can be used: a mixture of trialkyl borates of the formula B(OR)3 or a mixture of dialkyl borates of the formula HOB(OR)2 (R= C2H5-C30H61 with normal and isometric structure) in any make-up and any mass ratio of alkyl borates, and a mixture of lithium alkoxides of the formula LiOR' (R..'= CH3-C30H61 with a normal and isometric structure) in any make-up and in any mass ratio of lithium alkoxides. The method for producing the gel-forming composition is distinguished by the fact that the alkyl borate mixture and the lithium alkoxide mixture are introduced into the hydrocarbon liquids, crude oil, oil products, halohydrocarbons, fused paraffin, waxes, liquid gases with a mass ratio of structure-forming components from 6:1 to 1:6 correspondingly, with a total concentration of components from 0.1 to 17 mass % and at a temperature of from -70° to 150°. Whilst mixing the alkyl borate and lithium alkoxide mixtures into the liquid, a solvation compound is also added in a molar ratio like B(OR)3:LiOR':S = 1:1:(0.01 - 2.0) correspondingly. The solvation compound is introduced into the composition at the same time as the structure-forming components, or is added previously to the alkyl borate mixture or the lithium alkoxide mixture, or to both structure-forming components in any ratio.</p> |
