<p>A thermoelectric converter of an excellent performance having a sufficiently high thermoelectric conversion capability. This converter is characterized in that means (6, 7) for supplying a liquid heat transfer medium (21) to a semiconductor layer support surface of a substrate, on which a N-type semiconductor layer and a P-type semiconductor layer are supported, is provided so that the liquid heat transfer medium (21) impinges upon the surface of the substrate which is on the opposite side of the semiconductor layer support surface.</p> |
