<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the insulating distance by giving small space to the connecting part between the output terminal of a secondary coil and a high voltage terminal also securing the electric connection between the high voltage terminal and a spark plug without being affected by an oscillation at all within a spark coil device of a spark plug direct fitted engine. SOLUTION: Within the engine spark coil device, a cylindrical high voltage terminal 12 is fitted to a protrusion formed in the central part on the lower end of the secondary side coil bobbin and after winding the output end of a secondary coil 7 around the high voltage terminal 12, a tongue piece formed on the edge part of the high voltage terminal 12 is bent over the wound around part to be fusion connected besides, a contactor made of a conductive rubber is fitted to the front end of the high voltage terminal 12 to be electrically connected to a spark plug 15.</p> |
