FIELD: production of articles from plastic material. SUBSTANCE: machine has mandrel fixed in supports and winder made in the form of annular casing rigidly secured on carriage and casing drive for providing spiral and circular winding. Layers are mounted on casing. Slides with laying out heads are mounted on winder in opposed relation to spiral winding layers. Machine is further provided with drive for tangential displacement of heads with toothed gear mounted in axial alignment with mandrel. Auxiliary layer mounted on carriage is adapted for winding wide tape and has laying roller with drives for rotating layer in two mutually perpendicular directions. Mandrel has rotation drive. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 dwg
