PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system development support device which realizes the reduction of a developing period and acceleration by surely matching an ICE(in- circuit emulator) part and a probe part as probe type ICE and which improves transparency at the aspects of wiring delay, noise, etc., by using this probe type ICE. SOLUTION: An ICE control part 3, a user memory 4, an ICE memory part 5, a trace memory part 6 and an evaluation chip 21 provided with both of the CPU core part and the peripheral circuit of a microcomputer to develop are provided on a single silicon chip so as to simulate as the whole chip. Therefore, the ICE part and the probe part are surely matched. |
