PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technique capable of efficiently using minerals contained in a sea water. SOLUTION: The sea water W is fed to a heating vessel 1 in an adequate quantity, heated to be concentrated and if necessary, the heated sea water W1 is filtered in a filter 4 to remove dust or a foreign matter 11 and collected. The primarily treated water W2 is heated and concentrated in a heating vessel 2 and the concentrated sea water W3 is filtered in a filter 5 to remove a super saturated salt 12 (deposited NaCl) and collected. The secondary filtered concentrated liquid W4 is heated again in a heating vessel 3 to be concentrated to an adequate concentration. The concentrated liquid W5 is filtered in a filter 6 to remove the residual deposited NaCl and collected and a tertiary filtered concentrated liquid W6 is obtained. The concentrated liquid W6 becomes a liquid extracted from sea water containing a large quantity of many kinds of the minerals necessary for physiological action. |
