WORT-HEATING APPARATUS IN BREWING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wort-heating apparatus for beer brewing enabling the forced circulation of wort easily and less expensively in a heating or boiling process before a hop-addition process. SOLUTION: This is a wort-heating apparatus which is provided with an inner boiler, especially an inner tube-type boiler 2 and in which brewing wort is heated in a tank. In the wort-heating apparatus, a connecting pipe 6 is branched from a discharging pipe 3 at the downstream side of a discharging pump 4 and whose end is introduced again into the tank 1 at the lower side of the inner boiler 2 for heating the wort 30. At least one shutoff valve 5 (7) is placed in the discharging pipe 3 at the downstream side of the discharging pump 4 and in the connecting pipe 6, respectively.
