An electronic induction heating rice cooker is composed of the upper heater(116) which is installed on the upper part of the inside and maintains the warmth with a fixed temperature by generating heat in case of a keeping warmth mode, and the lateral heater(118) which is installed on the circumference at the lateral of the inside and maintains the warmth with a fixed temperature by generating heat selectively in cooperation with the upper heater in case of a keeping warmth mode. Also it is made up of the metal fan(110) which is equipped safely on the space of the lateral heater, and the working coil(102a), the lower heater, which is installed on the circumference at the lower part of the rice cooker and heats the metal fan with the effect of electromagnetic induction. The heating temperature of a container is set up through an inverter means(102) and the working coil, and the container is heated to the first setting temperature and then ripened during the second setting time.
