<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin electromagnetic device which endures high load with a small air gap along with small magnetic resistance, while a large operating stroke of a plunger lift is offered. SOLUTION: A cylindrical guide 7 made of magnetic material is fixed at a center of an outer frame core 4. An inner circumferential part of a coil bobbin 12 with a coil 11 wound around it is fixed by pressure around the guide 7, while a plunger 15 is put in an slid way in the guide 7. The length of the guide 7 is made longer than that of a stroke of the plunger 15, and buffer plates 18 and 21 are provided on both sides of a flange 16 at an end of the plunger 15. In addition, a rod 22 passed through the outer frame core 4 in a slid way is fixed to the plunger 15.</p> |
