<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-proof tool of a wire harness connection which can simultaneously realize water-proof of a wire harness connection of motor and a through hole of a door inner panel and also improve reduction of cost and workability of assembling and also expand the range of application. SOLUTION: A water-roof tool 30 is composed of a fitting section 32, a crimp section 34 and an expanding section 36. The fitting section 32 is deposited to a wire harness connection 22 of a motor 20 to seal this section and the crimp section 34 is inserted with pressure into a through hole 24 of the door.inner panel 12 to seal this section. Therefore, these two sections can be simultaneously given the water-proof property to reduce the cost and improve workability. Moreover, since the expanding section 36 can be compressed to absorb difference (error) of sizes between the wire harness connection 22 and through hole 24. Therefore, it is no longer required to set different parts to different type of vehicle and the parts may be used in common.</p> |
