PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of optical coupling between elements such as a light emitting element, an optical fiber, and a light receiving element, and optical components. SOLUTION: A light acquiring element 14 formed of a nearly transparent material and a light guide element 15 which has a larger refractive index than the light acquiring element 14 and is formed of a nearly transparent material in a nearly conic or truncated cone shape are provided, and optical components such as a projector 12 and an optical fiber 11 are connected to each other through an optical element 10 which is so constituted that the light projection surface 15a (base of conic body) of the light guide element 15 is exposed on the light acquiring element 14.
