PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the area of a semiconductor chip. SOLUTION: A CPU 10 can selectively execute a normal processing mode and a debugging processing mode based on a control signal from a controller 2. A memory cell array 21 is accessed by the normal processing mode and a memory cell array 22 is accessed by the debugging processing mode. A sensing amplifier 31 and a bit line 24 are shared between these memory cell arrays 21 and 22. Therefore, the area of the semiconductor chip is suppressed from being increased by providing both of the memory cell arrays 21 and 22. |
