<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat, at low cost and in a short time, amines-containing waste liquid such as water soluble cutting oil waste liquid and its secondary treated water, waste washing liquid discharged from a metallurgical process and its secondary treated water or various kinds of waste liquid in which amine base compounds are contained for the purpose of corrosion preventive action. SOLUTION: Pretreated waste liquid is subjected to pH control or the like in and adjusting tank 1, and the waste liquid after pH control is sent to a biological treatment tank 10 provided with a carrier 11 in which microorganisms for decomposing amines to make them resources are fixed at a highly concentrated state, and while it is brought into contact with the microorganisms to decompose amines, it is further returned to the adjusting tank 1 from the biological treatment tank 10. And moreover, the waste liquid is sent again to the adjusting tank 1 from the biological treatment tank 10, and while it is subjected to pH control and decomposition, it is circulated and treated until amine concentration becomes the prescribed value or less.</p> |
