<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device as being capable of operating a locking plate with an opener mechanism provided on the body side, when an open/closed material is closed, without protruding the end of the locking plate from the open/closed material, when open. SOLUTION: A locking plate 16 which is mounted on an open/closed material side to freely approach/separate to/from a body side is normally energized to the direction of separating from the body side by a torsion coil spring 20 and stored in a base late 12. When an open/closed material is closed, the open/ closed material separates from a body with thrusting force which occurs in the direction of separating from the body at this time and the locking plate 16 meshed with a latch 14 engaged with a striker 30 relatively approaches to the body side of the base plate 12, so that the locking plate 16 is moved to a position where an opener mechanism 38 can operate the locking plate 16.</p> |
