<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unifomize pressing force of a friction pad by a cover spring. SOLUTION: In a disk brake, a cover spring 6 for covering a through hole 5 of a bridge part 4 for connecting a pair of cylinder parts 2, 3 of a caliper main body 1 is inserted from the side, assembling parts 32A, 32B are supported to boss parts 28A, 28B, 29A, 29B in the caliper main body 1, and a pair of friction pads arranged in the caliper main body 1 are pressed by pad pressing parts 31A, 31B on both sides of the cover spring 6. The assembling parts 32A, 32B and the pad pressing parts 31A, 31B are divided into each two parts in the disc rotor axial direction by slits 35A, 35B, and the mutual effect of pad pressing force in the axial direction and the rotational direction of the disc rotor is decreased.</p> |
