The rubber part comprises, on at least part of its surface, a thin film of material for adding to its appearance or reducing rubbing. The material may be a copolymer based on ethylene and at least one (meth)acrylic derivative which forms flexible film which adheres to rubber, and which contains dispersion of colouring fillers or thin strips e.g. graphite, molybdenum disulphide, talc, or mica. Also claimed is a method for treatment of the part. |
