The guide for the shuttle (20) is formed as a rail (10), with a profile shaped to receive the shuttle, which is mounted so as to slide on the rail. The rail is formed with an opening (11) in its upper surface, in order to allow for the passage of the linking element (3) between the shuttle and the structure of the seat (4). The opening in the rail is closed off by a closing device which is formed as a strip of material with an inverted U-shaped profile (31), which is designed to close off the opening by means of a second strip of elastic material (35), which is interposed between the closing profile and the base wall (15) of the rail. The elastic element produces the closing force.
