FIELD: organic fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: before dispersing stage, additional two-step preparation of material is effected: simultaneous wetting, separation, and agitation are first carried out followed by disintegration to fractions with particle size as high as 100 mcm and then, in the second step, biological storing for at most 2 h is performed followed by disintegration to fractions with particle size not exceeding 80 mcm. Dispersing is conducted such as to achieve particle size no higher than 3 mm: heat carrier is supplied with rate not exceeding 20 m/s at temperature at least 286 C. Gas releasing during the drying operation is directly utilized as fuel in amount 15%, the rest being purified. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. 1 dwgn
