<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a keystone type cylindrical roller bearing using a standard race and standard rollers. SOLUTION: In a cylindrical roller bearing having an inner ring 2, an outer ring 4 and a plurality of cylindrical rollers 6 inserted between the inner and outer rings 2, 4, at least one spacer 8 extended parallel with the axes of the cylindrical rollers 6 is interposed between the adjacent cylindrical rollers 6. Both side faces of the spacer 8 brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical rollers 6 are formed in recessed curved faces, and the spacer 8 is provided with a thick wall part with width dimension slightly larger than roller-to-roller dimension G when arranging all the cylindrical rollers 6 in the raceway groove of the outer ring 4 without a clearance.</p> |
