PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the opening and closing of a current path from a DC power to a coil easily, by charging and accumulating electricity in a capacitor in response to a high-frequency pulse signal, producing DC voltage and supplying the conduction control terminal side of a second N-P-N type power transistor with a second amplifying current signal. SOLUTION: A DC potential point Vu at potential higher than the positive- pole terminal side potential Vcc of a DC power 50 is produced by a high-voltage output equipment 51, and second N-P-N type power transistors 25, 26, 27 are supplied with the amplified currents H1, H2, H3 of second current amplifiers 45, 46, 47 from the DC potential point. A first capacitor for the high-voltage output equipment 51 is charged in response to a high-frequency pulse signal Pa at that time, the charges of the first capacitor are transferred and accumulated in a second capacitor in response to the high-frequency pulse signal Pa, and potential Vu at the high-potential output point is limited so as not to exceed a fixed value from the current inflow terminal side potential Vcc of the second N-P-N type power transistors by a voltage limit circuit. |
