PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cold heat apparatus which accomplishes a cycle motion smoothly by eliminating the accumulation of a refrigerant within a cycle to enable proper selection of ice making operation, chilled water making operation or hot water making operation. SOLUTION: An evaporator 3 and a water heat exchanger 1 of a refrigerating plant 100 are linked by a cold temperature transportation circuit comprising a pump 7, a heat exchanger 13-a, pipes 13, 14, 15 and 17, valves 10 and 12. A condenser 2 and a water heat exchange means 1 are linked by a hot heat transportation circuit comprising a pump 8, a heat exchanger 17-a, pipes 15, 16 and 17 and valves 9 and 11. The opening or closing of the valves and the operation of the pumps 7 and 8 is controlled to supply cold heat or hot heat to the water heat exchanger 1. |
