PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sealing agent enhanced in a sealing performance, etc., under a wet condition, and further capable of preventing mechanical peeling by using a rubber latex including a synthetic rubber latex. SOLUTION: This agent for sealing tire puncture comprises (A) (i) a rubber latex comprising >=40wt.% of a synthetic rubber latex, preferably a cis-1,4- isoprene rubber latex and, if necessary, one or more other synthetic rubber latexes such as (meth)acrylic rubbers and styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber, or (ii) a rubber latex comprising 40-60wt.% of a natural rubber latex and a latex such as a synthetic isoprene rubber latex or a (meth)acrylic rubber latex, and, if necessary, (B) a resinous adhesive (e.g. a polyvinyl ester), a dye, an antifreezing agent, water as a dispersant, an emulsifier, a filler, etc. The sealing agent can be used for sealing pneumatic tires for bicycles, commercially available vehicles, etc. |
