<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly enable separation in high efficiency at the time of melting and separating a brazinc filler metal by utilizng melting point difference a core material and a shell material (brazing filler metal) related to a brazing sheet scrap. SOLUTION: The brazing sheet scrap 6 is charged as almost vertical state into a crucible 1 winding a heating coil 2 as spiral state around the crucible. Then, high frequency current is supplied to the heating coil so that the frequency (f)(Hz) satisfies t>=40.4×(1/f)<1/2> according to the scrap plate thickness (t)(min) and the brazing filler metal on the surface is melted by utilizing the surface effect caused by the high frequency induction heating. Further, after melting the brazing filler metal, the drips of the brazing filler metal are separated by adding vibration or shocking force at >=10G acceleration. Then, the timing of the addition of the acceleration is decided according to the change of anodic current of a high frequency oscillating tube.</p> |
