<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the glare due to a headlight by arranging an additional reflector between a reflector and a lens and reflecting light which cannot be caught by the additional reflector as additional luminous flux scattering in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: A single additional reflector 22 is arranged between a reflector 10 and a lens 16, and light radiated from a light source 12 is applied to the additional reflector 22. The light reflected by the additional reflector is reflected as a single additional luminous flux, and the additional luminous flux passes through a cover plate 17 without passing the lens 16 so as to be radiated. In this process, the additional luminous flux is reflected so as to be scattered in the horizontal direction with sufficient intensity by means of the additional reflector 22. As a result, the additional reflector 22 seems to radiate light over a large angle area when it is seen from the outside of the headlight, so that generation of glare can be avoided.</p> |
