<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture for vehicle, which can be provisionally attached to a car body certainly without increasing the number of constituent members. SOLUTION: A lamp unit U of synthetic resin includes a light source 14 accommodated in a light chamber which is partitioned by a lamp body 10 and a lens 30, and a lateral extending part 20 bored with bolt hole 22 is provided at each of the opposing side faces of the lamp unit U, and from inside an inner panel 40 the lens 30 is engaged with an opening 42 provided in the inner panel 40, followed by fastening together of the lateral extending parts 20 and the peripheral edge 41 of opening using a bolt and nut, and thereby the lens surface 31 is fixed in such a way as exposed from an opening provided in an outer panel. In this lighting fixture for a vehicle, a flexible tab 60 fitted with a lance 60 is formed on the lens exterior wall mating with the lateral extending part wherein the lance 62 is engaged by the peripheral edge 41a of the inner panel opening so that it is prevented from slipping off, and if the lens 30 is intruded into the inner panel opening 42, the lance 62 is engaged with the peripheral edge 41a so that provisional attachment of the lamp unit U is established certainly.</p> |
