<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep drawn vessel formed from a resin precoated metallic plate which has a high degree of heat resistance to heating from the inside and heating from the outside and allows a high degree of deep drawing. SOLUTION: The precoated resin layer of the vessel formed by drawing and deep drawing a metallic blank precoated with an org. resin is the thermoplastic resin which has a glass transition temp. (Tg) of >=160 deg.C, is amorphous and has the iterating unit expressed by the formula (where,Φis a substd. or unsubst. phenylene group; Y is an alkylidene group or sulfone group; (n) is zero or 1; (m) is zero or 1; (m) is zero when (n) is zero, (m) is zero or 1 when (n) is 1). The total drawing ratio is in a range of >=2.5.</p> |
