发明名称 CLAMPING DEVICE OF INORGANIC PLATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the external appearance of a product from deteriorating and the fixation between a mat and the pressurizing surface of a top surface plate from occurring by a method wherein this clamping device consists of a clamping means between the top surface plate and a bottom surface plate under the state that a fiber reinforced synthetic resin layer (an FRP layer) is interposed between the pressurizing surface of the top surface plate and the mat. SOLUTION: In order to manufacture an inorganic plate, a semi-drying method or a drying method for curing and hardening mats 20 under a clamped state with a clamping device 11 is applied by forming each mat by scattering a stock mixture mainly made of a cement and a wooden reinforcing material such as wooden piece or the like on a conveying plate 19. Under the state that formed mats 20 are respectively clamped on conveying plates 19, clamp prams are fixed to a bottom surface plate by passing bolts 21 in bolt inserting holes under the condition that the bolt inserting holes 14A of the clamp arms are mated to the bolt inserting holes of the bottom surface plate 13. Since a fiber reinforced synthetic resin layer (henceforth expressed as a FRP layer) 15 underside the top surface plate 12 is rigid and has a large strength, neither wrinkle nor breakage develops in the FRP layer at clamping, resulting in eliminating the application work of a releasant on the pressurizing surface of the top surface plate 12 of the clamping device 11 and allowing to rationalize a manufacturing process without damaging even the external appearance of the surface of a product.
