<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely make a copying position as same as a welding position without damaging a welding groove part and without emitting an abnormal signal by attaching with freely rotating a copying guide rolling body on the top end external circumference of a welding torch nozzle having a piercing hole for transmitting of a welding beam, and forming the external circumference of the rolling body as a tracer part. SOLUTION: Circular projections 4, 4 are connected continuously on the opposite face of a roller receiver 3, rollers (rolling body) 5, 5' are fitted to the projections 4, 4' through bearings 14, 14'. Screws 6, 6' are inserted in the center holes of the rollers 5, 5', by fixing the screws 6, 6' to the projections 4, 4', the rollers 5, 5' are supported freely rotating. The rollers 5, 5' are made in contact freely rotating with groove faces 7, 7' of members 8, 8' to be welded, because the top end of a welding torch 1 is positioned at almost center of the rollers 5, 5', the movement of the welding torch nozzle 1 is made smoothly and it can copy just overhead of the welding line.</p> |
