<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy production, reinforcement in longitudinal and circumferential directions, give flexibility and permit winding around a drum by covering a flexible synthetic resin on a glass fiber-reinforced plastics or a spiral metal pipe. SOLUTION: A spiral pipe composite type subduct is a composite pipe, which is extruded and covered to a pipe shape with a synthetic resin 21 on a glass fiber reinforced plastics or a spiral metal. In the case of the glass fiber reinforced plastic composite pipe, the thermal expansion an contraction of a composite pipe can be reduced by compounding with glass fiber which has less expansion and contraction due to the temperature changes. Then by producing the glass fiber reinforced plastic composite pipe or a composite pipe of spiral metal pipe, flexibility can be imparted and the pipe can be wound around a drum when shipping from the factory. Moreover, in the case of glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe, resistance to load can be improved with respect to external force in the radial direction by compounding with glass fiber.</p> |
