<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mobile communication equipment that measures a distance between a base station and a mobile station without using an electric field strength causing a large error in the mobile communication equipment with distance measurement function that is used for applications of position detection. SOLUTION: When a threshold level detector 6 detects an autocorrelation value (output of integration device 5) of range finding data over the threshold level by using a pseudo noise(PN) code as range finding data, the detector 6 samples an output of the integration device 5 by using a high speed clock signal and a differentiation device a7 detects the arrival time of the range finding data by using a difference between sampled clocks. As soon as the device a7 detects the arrival time, a CPU a7 sends the range finding data and processing delay data of a radio section 1 and LPFs 2, 10 stored in a memory all. Thus, the mobile communication equipment with distance measurement function capable of highly precise distance measurement is realized.</p> |
