<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SF6 gas recovery/refining device which correctly recovers and refines an SF6 gas containing a decomposition product generated in electrical equipment. SOLUTION: When the inner pressure of electrical equipment (gas insulating swtichgear 1) is higher than the level of an atmospheric pressure, an SF6 gas contained in the electrical equipment (gas insulating switch gear 1) is supplied into a refining cylinder 5 by the inner pressure. On the contrary, when the inner pressure of the electrical equipment (gas insulating switch gear 1) is lower than the level of the atmospheric pressure, a vacuum pump 4 is started to supply a residual gas remaining in the electrical equipment into the refining cylinder 5.</p> |
