PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide card bodies which may be effectively utilized even after peeling of release layers and a process for producing these card bodies. SOLUTION: A printing layer 3 is formed on a base material 2 of a card 1 with lottery and the first to third display regions 5 to 7 of the printing layer 3 are provided with first to third lower layer identification parts 8 to 10 displaying symbols. First to third thermosensitive layers 11 to 13 covering the display regions 5 to 7 are formed by screen printing of transparent thermosensitive ink which develops colors by reacting when heated. First to third intermediate identification layers 14 to 16 consisting of numerals are formed on the thermosensitive layers 11 to 13. The respective thermosensitive layers 11 to 13 and the printing layer 3 are coated and protected by a transparent under-coating layer 21. The first to third release layers 31 to (33) peelable from the under-coating layer 21 are formed by printing in the sections concealing the respective display regions 5 to 7 and the respective thermosensitive layers 11 to 13.
