<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sew a bag simply, quickly, and easily and manufacture it at a reduced cost by mass production by overlapping a first fabric constituted of a flap section and a barrel section, a second fabric constituted of the barrel section, and a third fabric constituted of the flat section and a part of the barrel section in sequence, over-sewing the seam lines of the overlapped fabrics, and turning it over. SOLUTION: A first fabric 10 is constituted of a flap section (a) and a barrel section (b). A bag port 23 is folded and sewn, a hook tape 22 is sewn or stuck to the lower face, and both ends of cord-like fabrics 40 are temporarily fitted or stuck to a seal line to form belt supports on the barrel section (b). A second fabric 20 is constituted of the barrel section (b). A third fabric 30 is constituted of the flap section (a) sewn or stuck with a loop tape on the lower face and a part of the barrel section (b). The first fabric 10, the second fabric 20, and the third fabric 30 are overlapped in sequence, the seam line of the first fabric 10, the seam line 21 of the second fabric 20, and the seam line 31 of the third fabric 30 are over-sewn with a lock sewing machine. The excess of an outlet seam is cut off, it is turned over to obtain a product, a telephone or the like is sealed in it, and it is carried with a belt.</p> |
