摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an adiabatic property, long-term reliability, productivity, and a cost viewpoint by a method in which a gas storing container which absorbed filling gas is installed outside a gas shielding container to communicate with the container, and the inside of the gas shielding container is made vacuum. SOLUTION: With an opening/closing cock 15 closed, the raw material of a communication structure 12 is injected from a packing port 17 formed in a gas shielding container 11. On this occasion, the port 17 is opened so that the raw material is packed sufficiently into the container 11 by filling gas to form a communication structure 12, and air in the container 11 is discharged. Next, the port 17 is closed and sealed. After this, after the structure 12 is formed sufficiently, the cock 15 is opened, and the filling gas is absorbed sufficiently by an absorbing material 14 in a gas storing container 13. In this way, the pressure of the container 11 is reduced to obtain a high performance adiabatic box. The cock 15 has a function to separate the time of a packing process, a molding process, and a gas storing process.</p>
