The module (12) has a lateral wall (13) defining a closed inner volume and provided with an opening (15), and a set of circuits belonging to a group comprising electric cables (16), telecommunication fibers or cables (17), water pipes, heating pipes and ventilation pipes, provided in the volume. Each circuit has two end parts, where one of the end parts is connected to a collective network i.e. electric network, or an individual network i.e. rain water collecting network, at an exterior of a building. The other end part is connected to an interior network e.g. heating network, of the building. The lateral wall is made of material that is chosen from a group comprising wood, Fermacell(RTM: fibro-plaster panel) or asbestos cement. An independent claim is also included for a building i.e. house, comprising a prefabricated module. |
