<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the compact and thin configuration and SMD of an EL driver module used in a liquid crystal display device, and the EMC (electromagnetic environment compatibility) countermeasure for the module. SOLUTION: In this SMD electromagnetic shielding driver module for EL 100, an electronic-part housing 108 for housing electronic parts is provided on a circuit board 101, and a plurality of connecting terminals are provided at the outer periphery of the circuit board 101. The electronic parts covered by shields are mounted on the surface of the circuit board 101, and a circuit is formed. The upper surface of the circuit board 101 is covered with a resin 150n including conducting members. Thus, the compact- and thin-type SMD formation can be achieved, and the electromagnetic environment compatibility can be achieved.</p> |
