<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pulse wave signal for which a noise component is appropriately removed from a pulse wave form, and acquire a pulse rate at a high precision based on the pusle wave signal. SOLUTION: A pulse wave signal 1 from a sensor unit 30 for pulse wave detection, is temporarily stored in a buffer 503. When an impulse noise is detected in the pulse wave signal on the buffer 503 by an impulse noise detecting means 505, a passing zone of a first digital filter 506 becomes a mountain shape with the frequency corresponding with the previous pulse rate as the center, and the impulse noise in the pulse wave signal which is output from the buffer 503 is reduced. Then, by a second digital filter 507 and a third digital filter 508, after the overall noise in the pulse wave signal and body movement components are reduced, a frequency analysis is performed by a frequency analyzing part 509, and the pulse rate is calculated by the analysis result.</p> |
