PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously stop bleeding and coagulate the proper area of an affected part, by surrounding a part of the longitudinal direction of a bindle of plural thin and long pins constituting of conductive materials so as to fix the bundle of pins and providing an adjusting means adjusting an area where the tips of the parts projecting from the cylinder of the pins are distributed. SOLUTION: An outer cylinder 31 slidable in the axial direction of a cylinder part 22 is provided along the outer face of a cylindrical part 22 to provide such a spring effect as open as the plural pins 20 of a surgical knife tip electrode outward in a radial direction from the center of the part 22 to slide the cylinder 31 positioned at the root of the bunch of the pins to adjust an area where the tip of the pins 20 are distributed. A grove 33 is provided along the circumference on the outer peripheral side in the cylindrical part 22 and a pawl 32 projecting inside is provided for the cylinder 31 to engage the free tip of the pawl 32 to the groove 33 to position to a desired position. In addition, in order to adjust the area where the tips of the pins 20 are distributed, plural grooves 33 are provided. |
