PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the reduction of time and labor in measurements and the dispersion in measurement data by arranging a plurality of electrodes with a working electrode and a counter electrode at regular intervals and integrating all electrode parts and the output terminals of measurement data. SOLUTION: The first protrusions 2 are provided at predetermined intervals for the one side of a square insulating substrate 1, and the second protrusion 3 of a predetermined width is provided for the center of another side. A working electrode 2a, a counter electrode 2b, and a reference pole 2c are formed on the surface of the first protrusion 2, and derived terminals 3a are formed at predetermined intervals on the surface of the second protrusion 3. These electrode parts and the derived terminals 3a are electrically connected by wirings 1a. The first protrusions 2 are each penetrated into corresponding cells, and a sample is brought into contact with the electrode parts. The derived terminals 3a of the second protrusion 3 are connected to a signal processing device via a connector and an amplifier 7. As it is possible to insert each of a plurality of electrode parts into a cell in one operation by this structure, it is possible to reduce labor in measurements. In addition, as the state of connection becomes uniform, it is possible to reduce the dispersion in the values of measurements. |
