PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding coolant supply device, grinding equipment and a grinding method that can effectively remove heat generated at grinding, and are achieved in the improvement of the sharpness of a grindstone, the shortening of a processing time, the elongation of a grindstone life, and the improvement of processing accuracy.SOLUTION: A device for supplying a grinding coolant to a grinder 1 which grinds an element of a machine component having a rolling body such as a bearing comprises mixing means 2, coolant original liquid supply means 3, first modified water supply means 4 and second modified water supply means 5. The first modified water supply means 4 acquires first modified water in which an average particle diameter of a water particle is 80 nm or more and 150 nm or less from tap water or the like. The second modified water supply means 5 acquires second modified water whose particle diameter is further modified from the first modified water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
