PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a joined structure and a joined structure in which a bore hole portion extending in a direction perpendicular to the surface of a metal member can be uniformly formed on the surface portion of the metal member at high speed.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a joined structure in which a metal member 11 and a resin member are joined to each other, includes: preparing condensing optical systems 3, 4 and 7 provided with a Y direction and an X direction galvano mirror 5 and 6, and a condenser lens 7 for forming a virtual surface I having a spherical condensing point F; a boring step of forming a plurality of bore hole portions 13 on a surface portion of the metal member 11 by laser irradiation; and a joining step of filling the plurality of bore hole portions 13 with the resin member.
