<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the generation of smoke in a lining of a brake lever. SOLUTION: A brake abnormality detector of a hoist is provided with a smoke collection cover 24 arranged above brake levers 9, 10 in such a manner that it covers them, a smoke sensing device 29 provided on a lower face of the smoke collection cover 24, and an alarm lamp 31 which gives an alarm that smoke is generated from linings 14, 15. A control panel 30 outputs a signal for stopping the drive of a motor 3 to the motor when a signal from the smoke sensing device 29 is input therein and outputs a signal to the alarm lamp 31.</p> |
