PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the delay generation of a decoded signal by providing a packet selection part with a selection part which holds a switch of the packet selection part in a normally closed state if a setting as a reference value of an identifier(PID) comparison value is incomplete. SOLUTION: The packet selection part 114 is supplied with a fixed signal '1' for closing the switch 115, a packet select signal 103 outputted by a PID comparison part 113, and a decision signal 109 outputted by an analysis part 117. Further, a control signal 104 outputted by the selection part 114 is supplied to the switch 115. The decision signal 109 uses whether or not the acquisition of the PID comparison value is completed as whether or not the setting of the comparison value is completed and becomes '1' and '0' corresponding to them, and the selection part 114 selects the fixed signal '1' when the decision signal 109 is '1' and uses it as a control signal 104. When the decision signal 109 is '0', a packet select signal 109 is selected as a control signal 104. Consequently, the switch 115 is held normally closed if the PID comparison value setting is incomplete. |
